Welcome to my 2024 Fundraising Page!
Why We Walk……….
Did you know that $100 funds a mammogram?
This means that every 100 dollars donated could save a life.
I have friends who have battled breast cancer and lost and also friends who have recovered.
Heroic donations are made by placing a plastic pink flamingo in our annual Flocks of Love display. Each bird represents $200 raised in the fight against breast cancer.
Our Flocks of Love has held the Guinness World Record for several years, and with your help, we will shatter our previous records and our flock will stand over 5,000 strong in 2024. We shattered our own record and raised nearly $750,000.
That means 7,500 men and women across the country will be able to receive free mammograms during the scariest 15 minutes of their lives. We walk for them.
Join our Team this year, just let us know if you’d like to walk. But don’t wait too long to register as this event fills up fast! That’s because it’s fun and meaningful too!
