My Story

Please join me in support of Pledge the Pink, a nonprofit public charity dedicated to funding breast cancer screening, treatment, outreach, and research. Cancer touches the lives of so many people in so many different ways. Any donation, no matter the amount, can make a huge difference – please consider supporting this very worthy cause!

My father was a breast cancer survivor, and his journey highlighted that breast cancer can affect anyone, regardless of gender. Supporting Pledge the Pink is a wonderful way to honor his strength and resilience while helping raise awareness, support research, and provide mammograms for anyone in need so that early detection becomes the norm.

I will be participating in a 3 day, 30-mile walk in Oak Island, NC in October, with a fabulous group of women, in honor of my father, my grandmother, and numerous friends who have battled this disease, and in support of the countless survivors, families, and friends whose lives have been touched by breast cancer.
