My Story

Welcome to my Fundraising Page for the Pledge the Pink Walk!

Since I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer 16 years ago, I’ve been passionate about raising money for breast cancer research, treatments, and ultimately for the cure.

I’ve been walking for this cause in multiple events in cities across the country since 2009. I’ve made some wonderful friendships throughout this crusade and am so grateful for the support I’ve received from my circle of friends and family. With the support of donations, I’ve raised over $25,000 throughout the past 15 years.

But we are not finished with this cause. I am cancer free, but am still seeing far too many newly diagnosed women and men, as well as those who continue to fight this disease long-term.

This October, I am again walking with Team Virginia for the PLEDGE THE PINK event in Amelia Island, FL! I’m excited about joining others who believe in the cause as much as I do.

I hope you will be able to lend your support to this important event with a donation. It means everything to me, and to those who will benefit from the results of this event.
