My Story

I am excited to say I have registered for walk #16! When I began this journey, I truly did NOT know where it would lead. Through these walks, I have made friends with hundreds of survivors – thrivers who continue to fight the beast called breast cancer.

Since they will keep fighting, I will keep walking AND fundraising. During March, representatives from my team and I presented a BIG check to Novant Health – Buddy Kemp Cancer center. They explained that every penny of the over $11,500 we raised goes to breast cancer patient support! They provide counseling, rent assistance, free wigs and other items insurance just won’t cover.

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Pledge the Pink. I know your donations are being put to good use. Please do it for the many fighters who won’t give up.
