My Story
Previously known as HOPE Angels, we have recently updated our team name in honor of someone very dear to us. Ann Ittenbach was a reoccurring metastatic breast cancer survivor of 20+ years, who went home to be with the Lord early August 2021. Ann was the true definition of a fighter. She had a loving, welcoming presence, with smile that would light up every room she walked into. We will be walking in her honor for Pledge the Pink 2021. She is the reason her husband Dennis opened HOPE Life Rehab Center in 2017. Below is more information about the HOPE Life Rehab Center on Hilton Head Island, SC.
H.O.P.E. Life Lymphedema and Rehabilitation Center offers general rehabilitation and physical therapy, with a focus on oncology physical therapy and lymphedema treatment in the Hilton Head Island, Bluffton, and Okatie, SC areas. Our goal is to maximize your independence, mobility, and health in a compassionate and warm environment. We offer general rehabilitation therapy for those recovering from surgery, illness, or injury, as well as specialized cancer physical therapy and a lymphedema clinic.
The H.O.P.E Life Cancer Recovery Fund is the non-profit arm of the H.O.P.E. Life Lymphedema and Rehabilitation Center. We help Thrivers and their families to enjoy the highest quality of life possible through our weekly classes, educational programs, wellness services, and supportive local and online communities.
