My Story

This will be my 8th year participating in Pledge the Pink! My daughter lives in South Carolina and invited me down as she was running in it with some friends. Long story short, went to it, walked one day, fell in love with the event and have gone back ever since! 2020 virtual was the first year I was actually aware of all the expenses associated with this event and wanted to help out. Last couple years I have had to shortcut due to hip issues! Hoping to get that resolved and walk the whole thing this year!
