My Story

The reason why I walk is very simple. I walk for those I loved, those who can’t and those who are still fighting and waiting for a cure,. Everyone has known or heard of someone affected by cancer. Therefore, I have chosen to join the fight until I am not able to fight anymore, I am honored to walk year after year and be a blessing. All it takes is determination, drive and faith. I love inspiring all walkers to keep going and never give up. There is nothing better than being in the pink bubble with friends.

Pledge the Pink is a 30-mile walk over the course of three days. It will be hard, but it’s not as hard as breast cancer. It’s not as hard as chemo. It’s not as hard as getting bad news at your latest scan. It’s not as hard as saying goodbye. And that’s why I know I have to do this. That’s why I’m walking and why I’m raising money – to end breast cancer forever.
I appreciate any amount you can donate, every dollar adds up and helps in the fight.
