My Story
We’re walking again in 2026 and our team is growing! Join us in the fight against Breast Cancer as we walk to support family that has been touched by this terrible disease.
This Is Why We Walk
Did you know that $100 funds a mammogram? Which means that every 100 dollars you donate could save a life.
Pledge the Pink recognizes these heroic donations by placing a plastic pink flamingo in their annual Flocks of Love display. Each bird represents $100 raised (or one mammogram) in the fight against breast cancer.
Flocks of Love has held the Guinness World Record in for Longest Line of Garden Flamingos twice, and with your help, we will shatter our previous records and our flock will stand over 10,000 strong and raise $1,000,000 for the cause.
That means 10,000 men and women across the country will be able to receive free mammograms during the scariest 15 minutes of their lives.
We’ll be walking 30 miles over 3 days and could use some encouragement!
