My Story

We are a mother-daughter duo who have had dear friends and family that have battled and are battling cancer. We are doing the walk to honor those who’ve lost the battle and to help raise awareness and funds for those who continue the battle of breast cancer. We walk for our mothers, sisters, Aunts, daughters, granddaughters and nieces. 30 miles in three days with a group of wonderful women, two who are SURVIVORS, daughters and partners in friendship and in life! The Pink Ponies will tackle the low country in SC with big hearts and a commitment to each other and our team. Please donate if you can and follow along with Hillary and myself as we walk the walk and talk the talk! Hill will be setting up a Facebook page so you can enjoy the shenanigans and more while we trot, canter and gallop (possibly crawl) our way through the streets of Fripp Island and surrounding areas. Please help us reach or 2K goal!
You also have the option of purchasing a fabulous candle with 50% of the proceeds going to our team’s fundraising goal!
