My Story
Hi Family and Friends!!
As you all know I turned 50 this year and instead of having a party to celebrate this fine age, I decided to register to participate in Pledge the Pink. This is a 30 mile walk over the course of 3 days, on Fripp Island SC at the end of October. Pledge the Pink raises money for breast cancer charities across the country. So many people in my life have been affected by breast cancer (as well as other cancers) and I am walking for all of those who have been affected.
My goal is to raise $1,000 and I need your help!! Please give what you can to help me meet and exceed my goal!!
For every $100 that I raise, I receive a pink flamingo to decorate and place along to course to cheer the 1500 participants on!! Who doesn’t love a pink flamingo (you all know I do).
Please consider helping out a wonderful charity that helps so many women and men.
