My Story

Over the Oct. 19th weekend I will be participating in the Pledge The Pink breast cancer event. Although I myself have not had breast cancer, I like so many others have had family and friends that have fought this disease. I am thankful for the opportunity to join the 1,500 other participants, many of whom are breast cancer survivors themselves to “walk, run or crawl the 33.1 miles” and to raise funds to fight breast cancer.
