My Story

How many people do you know that have been effected by Breast Cancer? I think everyone knows at least one person. Would you be willing to support my fundraising effort by making a tax deductible donation in that persons name? I am registered to walk my 9th year with Pledge The Pink. A total of 30 miles, 10 miles a day for three days. This past year we raised over $1,016,679.00. We are not required to raise money to do this walk but that is what is needed to prevent cancer, CASH. So I am asking for your donation to help me raise $5000.00 and help us meet another 1 million dollar goal. By raising $5000.00 I will get the opportunity to designate where 75% of the funds go , and since they so graciously have helped my niece and so many more I will be designating The Breast Cancer Network of WNY. You can make a one time donation in any amount. You can come back numerous times to make additional donations, You can set up a monthly revolving donation, what ever suits you. Pledge the Pink Foundation focuses on the stuff that gets forgotten, helping to pay for a mammogram, finding childcare for a Mom so she can go to Chemo treatments, or a ride for someone who isn’t well enough to drive to a treatment, PTP cuts through the BS and gets things done. $100.00 can fund a mammogram and for every $100 donated a Pink Flamingo is put up in the Flocks of Love area of the event, talk about a A Flamboyance of Flamingos. I can train for the walk, suffer through sore muscles and blisters but I need you to help me reach this goal. Any amount helps and I greatly appreciate any help you give. Remember all donations are tax deductible. Please share with others who might want to help out. Thanks in advance for your support.
