My Story

We have all been impacted by breast cancer- we know of someone who has been diagnosed and treated- it might even be ourselves. For those diagnosed, some are thriving with the disease, some are cancer free and others have died. New treatments are being developed and new ways of coping with cancer are on the horizon- but it all takes money.

I know too many women who have been diagnosed, and way too many have died from breast cancer. So I walk and fundraise for those who are cancer free and those who aren’t; I walk and fundraise for the nurses, doctors and researchers working their hardest to treat patients and develop new treatments. All in the hope that one day, breast cancer can either be cured or manageable like a chronic disease and no one else will die from it.

I hope you will join me in this endeavor.
