My Story
Pledge the Pink, a walk for breast cancer, is being held on Fripp Island, SC this year. It is a three-day event, walking 10 miles a day for 3 days honoring those currently fighting the fight, those who are in remission and in memory of those who are gone.
I did this event in 2021 for the first time and was so amazed and moved by all the amazing woman who come out to walk, support and raise money for this amazing cause.
It’s inspiring to be part of this and do my little part to help if I can.
It’s an annual girls trip where we walk/run to support “the girls.” We will be walking 30 miles over 3 days and could use some encouragement!
Join us in the fight against Breast cancer as we walk to support all that have been touched by this terrible disease.

• 1 in 8 women in the US will develop invasive breast cancer during their lifetime
• A woman in the U.S. is diagnosed with breast cancer every 2 minutes

• There are more than 3.8 million breast cancer survivors in the U.S. today
