My Story

This is my first year walking with the amazing team, Hakuna Ma-Tatas to help raise money for the fight against breast cancer. We are walking 30 miles in 3 days in Fripp Island, SC.

All of the money our team raises will help purchase a contrast enhanced mammography (CEM) machine for our local breast cancer center in central Wisconsin. CEM is a new technology that can diagnose breast cancer earlier and with higher accuracy than regular mammograms. It’s the kind of technology that may help save the life of a friend, sister, daughter, mom or even yourself someday.
