My Story

I started walking because my mom passed away due to breast cancer in 2000. This will be my 10th year being able to participate in Pledge the Pink. It is such a fun and worthy event! The atmosphere is inspiring, the scenery is amazing and the ladies I have been able to spend time with have been a joy to be around. I been blessed to walk and fundraise, since 2008, in the 3-day, 60 mile walk. I have met many amazing people from those walks, who, some of them now also participate in PTP :)

I walk for awareness. I walk for those who cannot. I walk in memory of those we have lost and in honor of those who survive!
If you are able to donate to me or any other walker, please do. Any amount and all donations help fund many things for those in need.
