We are a group of fun loving women and one very high strung firefighter!! We all started our journeys with another event, all in different cities and states. This event that still led us to find each other and brought us together to continue walking with PTP. We all walk with one common goal. To honor those that have fought cancer in the past as well as to honor those that continue to fight.
We all started walking together as friends, and over the years have continued walking and now walk together as family. A family with a survivor, mother of survivor and family full of all the support, love and encouragement that could be imagined.
So, we gather again to honor, encourage and lift each other up while raising awareness in hopes that one day, we can all just get together once a year and celebrate life. Until then we will continue to gather once a year and walk, walk for awareness, walk for support and walk for each other.
