My Story

Hello 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, next up 2026. yes I’m at it again, until.

When I started walking over 20 plus years ago with Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, it was for my grandmother who I lost to cancer, then my daughter was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer 2019, 2023 stage 4.
Then Daughter gained her wings May 2026. I’m angry beyond words that this stupid thing called CANCER has invaded my live on so many levels.
She is so my hero and my strength on so many levels.

I am always walking because somewhere in the United States someone’s grandmother, mother, aunt, sister, daughter or friend is diagnosed with breast cancer. I am sure we all know someone whose life has been forever changed by this terrible, vicious disease, I know mine has on so many levels.

This walk and every walk will be for her and so many like her!!
