My Story

My friends Team Boo Bees, have been walking with Pledge the Pink for a couple of years. This is my second year, and I’m excited to walk with my sister. She is my hero and in her 7th year as a survivor.
Pledge the Pink is a great organization that donates a lot of money to help women get mammograms. The goal this year is $500,000. We earn a flamingo for every $100 but more importantly a mammogram for someone in need. All funds raised will go toward breast cancer research. The event has gone virtual but our team has decided to fo to Fripp Island. We are going to still complete the 30 miles. I know times are tough, but please consider donating to this worthy cause.
