My Story

Hi Friends,
I am in for my 7th Pledge the Pink in October of 2025. This time the walk is back in South Carolina. Another year and I have had more friends diagnosed with breast cancer. I am sure you are all the same. I have a very ambitious fundraising goal this year. I am asking for your help to reach my goal of $5000 this year. Every $100 pays for a mammogram. Also, when our team raises $5000, we bring most of the money back to our local charity benefitting cancer research. I will walk 30 miles in 3 days to support the cause. I am getting my knee back in shape for the walk. The past walks left me with many blisters and sore feet, but it is nothing compared to fighting cancer. Let’s all help in eradicating this awful disease.
