My Story

This is a Call to Action for a very important date… fundraising for Breast Cancer. The loss of friends is heartbreaking, that grief started me walking in 2001. Today I share beautiful experiences with wonderful survivor friends.

“Your belief determines your action, and your action determines your results. But first you have to believe.” For 25 years, my belief runs strong, we can all make a difference. The success of fundraising and walking in the past years has allowed for aggressive research which offers new medication, early detection and additional hope for winning the battle.
I walk in memory of four friends – Cindy, Charlene, Terri and Maureen – I have lost to Breast Cancer since 2000.
