My Story
Pledge the Pink, a walk for breast cancer, is being held on Amelia Island, FL this year. It is a three-day event, walking 10 miles each day honoring those currently fighting the fight, those who are in remission and in memory of those who are gone.
This is Karen’s 1st year participating, and Tara’s 3rd! We are walking with the rest of the Breast Buddies Forever team and look forward to an inspirational 3 days. We have been prepping and getting our steps in along the Okatie River.
If you can help us out with a donation, we would greatly appreciate it!
Not only are we doing something healthy for ourselves, but also hoping to raise money to help others. We all have been touched by breast cancer in some way and see the stress it puts on people. One of the many ways Pledge the Pink helps is by providing mammograms. Every $100 funds a mammogram and that can save a life.
We would be grateful for your donation, whether big or small.
