My Story

Cancer continues to steal from us. It steals the ones we love, hopes and dreams. Research for a cure is as important as other program’s in our community. It’s important to feel supported by family and others that have walked in your shoes. Breast cancer does change a life. But it is not all bad. It helped me find my purpose. To help others going through cancer. It has brought beautiful women into my life. It has also broken my heart many times over at losing a friend or love one is never easy.

A cure is needed research needs to be funded.
To me these walks for been life changing. I meet women with cancer their families. There is something healing and special about sharing the journey and doing a walk that test you physically and mentally. It provides healing and clarity.
