My Story

Breast cancer has touched both of our lives in profound ways. For one of us, it was watching a mother fight with unwavering courage, holding on for years until her body could take no more. Her strength, love, and resilience remain with us, guiding our steps every day. For the other, it was witnessing an aunt’s journey through the same battle—one that, through hope and perseverance, led her to survivorship. Today, we celebrate her life and the victory of those who overcome.

This year, we are joining together for a three-day walk, not just in memory of those we’ve lost but in honor of those who continue to fight. We walk for the warriors, the survivors, and the loved ones who never gave up. Each step is a tribute to their strength, each mile a reminder of their impact.

Our journey is one of remembrance and celebration. We carry the legacy of our mother and aunt in our hearts, knowing that their stories, whether of survival or of courage until the very end, deserve to be shared. Through this fundraiser, we hope to raise awareness, support research, and ensure that no one has to walk this path alone.

We invite you to stand with us—whether by donating, walking, or simply spreading the word. Every act of support brings us closer to a future without breast cancer. Together, we honor the past, fight for the present, and hope for a cure.
