My Story

HI all! I know that many of you have supported me in the 60 Mile Breast Cancer walk and cheered me on training walk after training walk, year after year.
Once again, I am embarking on the breast cancer walk challenges. I think of it as a trifecta. I train (roughly 600-700 miles in training walks), I raise the money (so much harder these days) and I walk!
There is nothing like walking with others in the breast cancer community. Everyone has a story. Everyone has a “why.”
My “why” started with my sister-in-law, Margaret. Unfortunately, it has expanded to so many more.

I’m asking for your financial support. Any size donation is appreciated! I’ve had so many of you ask if I would be collecting gently used shoes this year, but that’s a huge amount of work for me and Joe.

So I’m here, reaching out with my request for your support. In addition, I ask for your prayers, as I start on my own path to healing.
