My Story

I am excited to say I have registered for walk #18! I have set my goal at $7,000 because I will be 70 this year and because $7,000 will fund 70 mammograms! I am old but I am not OUT! The funds are making a difference, so i continue to fundraise and walk.

Through these walks, I have made friends with hundreds of survivors – thrivers who continue to fight the beast called breast cancer.

I am happy to say our team raised over $24,000 last year. I am so proud to lead this group of amazing women ranging in age from 19 to 72! .

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation to Pledge the Pink to help peovide 70 mammograms in recognition of my turning 70! I know your donations are being put to good use. Please do it for the many fighters who won’t give up.
