My Story

As you may or may not know, I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in the summer of 2014. Surgery, 4 rounds of strong chemotherapy, and 33 radiation treatments later……still here. I had a lot of time to ponder life during that time and decided I could sit around and feel sorry for myself, or do something about it! I realized how lucky I was to have insurance to cover this (even if it wasn’t the best). I cannot fathom having to go through this without being able to afford it. I am making it my mission to raise funds for the underserved. If I raise $5000 or more, I can bring 75% of those funds back to OUR community! Nobody should have to go without treatment. Nobody. Please help me reach my goal!
